A vacation that doesn’t require a plane ticket! Gordo was established in the summer 2007 at the Gordon beach in Tel Aviv in order to provide a place for anyone looking for fine food and quality service by the sea. A decade after its establishment, the staff maintains these principles.

You can come to Gordo for a snack, a cup of coffee, and a quick cocktail or for a three-course dinner and dessert. It’s up to you. What’s certain, once you have set by the table it won’t be easy for you to leave the view and atmosphere. It is our job (with the full cooperation of the Mediterranean Sea) and we fulfill it faithfully.

The restaurant has a variety of seating options: lounge sofas, by the bar or by the tables, or goal is to allow you the opportunity to take a small break, a vacation, in the middle of the day.

What are we eating?

Gordo has a diverse menu selection that is managed by our chef Alexander “Sasha” Cherchavedze. Our menu is adjusted to the Tel Aviv promenade diverse crowd’s tastes and includes snacks, fish, seafood and selected meat, alongside pastas, salads and sandwiches.

Disconnecting and Cleansing

One of the goals that Gordo set for itself all the way from the beginning, more than a decade ago, was to be a place that allows “disconnecting” from the crowds and bustle of Tel Aviv, merge with nature and cleanse the head and thoughts in front of the sea.

What are we drinking?

Gordo has a professional bar that provides a variety of cocktails and shakes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, based on seasonal fruits as well as a variety of champagnes and Israeli boutique wines. You can come to Gordo for a cold beer or for an evening cocktail.
